Those are two different jobs, and we do both without blinking — a studio or taproom clear-out worked around your hours, or a cottage basement carried up the stairs. Same method either way: send a photo, get a flat price, and that price covers the carry-out, the disposal, and Minnesota sales tax, with nothing tacked on when we arrive.
Arts District studios, breweries & small-commercial
Working spaces generate their own kind of junk, and we know it. In the artist studios and maker buildings we clear old canvases and frames, dead shelving, a broken kiln stand, pallets, packing debris and the finished work you're finally done storing — loading from the freight door or the alley so it never disrupts the room next door. In the breweries and taprooms it's old bar furniture, shelving, packaging, broken equipment and the cardboard-and-pallet mountain a build-out leaves behind. And it's the same for the small offices, galleries and shops along Central and University — desks, chairs, filing cabinets and a back room of clutter, cleared around your open hours. The City of Minneapolis curbside program (two items a week at $30, out by 6 a.m.) was never meant for a commercial space; an on-demand, whole-room clear-out is squarely our lane.

The residential side is the classic Minneapolis job coastal cities can't market: a real full basement under a hundred-year-old worker cottage, down a steep, narrow stairway, holding decades of boxes, old furniture, a dead washer or water heater, and a workshop's worth of odds and ends — plus the detached alley garage that came with it. We empty the whole thing and carry every piece up the stairs and out, no stair surcharge. And because Nordeast is full of owner-occupied duplexes, between-tenant turnover is a steady call — one unit or both halves cleared and ready to re-rent, flat-priced from a photo, usually same or next day.
